Tom and his crew came to do 2 bedrooms for us and they were amazing. They moved furniture and took great care not to scratch anything. When they were finished the floors were beautiful, far beyond what we expected. They did a wonderful job and were very pleased with how pleasant they were for the time they were here. Our experience with this store has been excellent, with great service from our salesman Toby Lehman, owner Andy Guy, and installer AJ Ditmomasso and his crew. Toby and Andy went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our Luxury vinyl floor. After the initial install we noticed a big difference in the look of the floor from the show room sample. Andy agreed and went back to the manufacturer advocating on our behalf, successfully getting them to agree to cover the cost of a new floor with a different luxury vinyl. AJ and crew did a great job with all aspects of the install. Our new floor looks spectacular!!
