Toby and Andy went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our Luxury vinyl floor. After the initial install we noticed a big difference in the look of the floor from the show room sample. Andy agreed and went back to the manufacturer advocating on our behalf, successfully getting them to agree to cover the cost of a new floor with a different luxury vinyl.
