About Your Flooring Warehouse
Founded in 1988 by J.D. Manning, our company started with a bold but simple philosophy: high volume, low margin, low overhead, and no nonsense. That straightforward approach struck a chord with customers and grew our business into one of the top ten independent flooring retailers in the entire Southeast.
Today, we proudly operate three massive warehouse stores in Saint Petersburg, Tampa, and New Port Richey—each packed with millions of square feet of carpet, hardwood, laminate, and tile purchased by the truckload from premier manufacturers. Our newest store, Your Flooring Warehouse, marks our first venture into the Sarasota/Bradenton market.
This location was built on deep research into how people really shop for flooring and what they actually want: honesty, speed, value, and an easier way to buy. That’s why when you visit us, you’ll find name-brand flooring at warehouse pricing, a straightforward process, and a friendly team (including our four-legged greeters, Biscuit the Lab and John Wick the Aussie Shepherd).

Wow What a great experience. Started in the show room I pick 6 diffrent vinyl tile wood examples and took them home kept them about 6 weeks returned them with my choice and got estimates from 3 installers didn't go with the cheapest but I am beyond happy with my choice they were in and 2 days later I had 3 bedrooms and a huge closet completed along with painted base boards throughout our 2,200. Greatest experience. You won’t be disappointed. I would give them a 10, if possible. This is a company that puts a high value on their products, employees and customer satisfaction. We ordered some beautiful hardwood at a great price and our salesperson (Toby) called to let us know that a new supplier was offering an even nicer hardwood for the same price. All of the sales people are there to offer help and are very knowledgeable. The wood floor is absolutely gorgeous. However, we did have an issue with how it was laid in our entrance hallway, by the first installer we hired. The owner (Andy) assisted us in getting the help and additional product needed to complete our renovation. Angelo (AJ) and his team did a fantastic job removing and installing the new floor in our hallway and finishing the installation that was remaining. We could not be happier with the beautiful flooring. See pictures. Love it!

A shout out to Your Flooring Warehouse and installer Tom Schneider of Absolute Flooring. I cannot say how easy it was working with Tyler in sales, Lauren in the office and Tom in installation. Tyler was well informed and gave us some very helpful information on the product and quality offered. Lauren was also helpful in our understanding of this purchase and time frame. Tom and his team were some of the most competent installers I have ever seen at work and having an apartment building I've seen some of the best.
