Wow What a great experience. Started in the show room I pick 6 diffrent vinyl tile wood examples and took them home kept them about 6 weeks returned them with my choice and got estimates from 3 installers didn't go with the cheapest but I am beyond happy with my choice they were in and 2 days later I had 3 bedrooms and a huge closet completed along with painted base boards throughout our 2,200. Our experience with this store has been excellent, with great service from our salesman Toby Lehman, owner Andy Guy, and installer AJ Ditmomasso and his crew. Toby and Andy went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our Luxury vinyl floor. After the initial install we noticed a big difference in the look of the floor from the show room sample. Andy agreed and went back to the manufacturer advocating on our behalf, successfully getting them to agree to cover the cost of a new floor with a different luxury vinyl. AJ and crew did a great job with all aspects of the install. Our new floor looks spectacular!! Toby was our salesman at your Flooring warehouse and he was wonderful to work with and patient with us while making our decision. We chose Luxury vinyl and it was installed this week by Tom Schneider of Absolute Flooring. He arranged for a professional crew to remove our damaged wood floor, and then he and his partner moved in to lay down our new floor which required a lot of TLC because of moisture coming through cracks in the concrete. They also installed new baseboards. The installation moved along in a timely manner, and we were very pleased with the work. We would definitely recommend Tom for your floor installation.
